A month that has already started is considered used.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Calculation<\/h2>\n<p>The refund equals the number of complete unused months multiplied by the monthly price applicable when paying month by month. For example, if a six-month subscription is cancelled after 10 days, five complete months may be refunded, less the cost of those months calculated at the monthly rate.<\/p>\n<p>Payment-system fees and non-refundable costs actually incurred may be deducted.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Request and review period<\/h2>\n<p>Send a request to <strong>dimon@banksoft.ru<\/strong>, with the order email and order number. The review period is up to 14 calendar days. If approved, the refund is made using the original payment method where technically possible.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Restrictions<\/h2>\n<p>No refund is made for a used period, fraud or violation of the Terms of Use.
