1. Operator

2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern use of https://rvpn.me/ and the provision of VPN access for a paid fixed period. Placing an order or making a payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Account and service
The user must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. After payment confirmation, connection details are placed in the Downloads section of the account. Configuration details are not sent in ordinary email notifications.
Service performance may depend on the device, software, internet connection and other circumstances outside the operator’s control.
4. Prohibited use
Attacks on systems, circumvention of security measures, malware, spam, fraud, copyright infringement, unlawful content and other illegal activity are prohibited.
Following confirmed abuse, the operator may restrict or terminate access. Abuse reports are handled under the separate Abuse Complaint Handling Rules.
5. Payment and refunds
Price and term are determined by the selected plan. The service is considered paid after confirmation by the payment provider. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
6. Liability and changes
The operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in cases of infrastructure failures, payment-system actions, blocking, force majeure or hardware incompatibility.
The operator may amend these Terms. A new version applies from its publication date and does not retrospectively change an already paid period.
