1. Purpose
These rules describe how RVPN handles reports of unlawful activity, attacks, spam, malware, copyright infringement and other abuse connected with VPN access.
2. Where to report
Send reports to dimon@banksoft.ru. Use ABUSE in the subject and include the date and time, source and target, IP address or domain, description of the violation, logs or links, and a contact for follow-up.
3. Review
The operator registers the report, checks whether it contains sufficient information and may request clarification. The review period is up to 14 calendar days. Reports concerning an ongoing attack are handled as a priority.
4. Measures
Where a violation is confirmed, the operator may request that the activity stop, temporarily restrict access, disable a configuration or terminate the service. The measure is selected according to the severity, urgency and recurrence of the violation. The operator cooperates with competent authorities as required by law.
False, knowingly inaccurate or abusive mass reports may be disregarded.
