1. Conditions
Refunds are available only for complete unused months of the paid period. A month that has already started is considered used.
2. Calculation
The refund equals the number of complete unused months multiplied by the monthly price applicable when paying month by month. For example, if a six-month subscription is cancelled after 10 days, five complete months may be refunded, less the cost of those months calculated at the monthly rate.
Payment-system fees and non-refundable costs actually incurred may be deducted.
3. Request and review period
Send a request to dimon@banksoft.ru, with the order email and order number. The review period is up to 14 calendar days. If approved, the refund is made using the original payment method where technically possible.
4. Restrictions
No refund is made for a used period, fraud or violation of the Terms of Use. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
